2 UK Type Monitoring plugs Bricked

Good Afternoon

I have around 5-6 of these plugs and i have been using them all for around 6 months to 1 year. Two of the plugs have randomly died. No power through them at all. Plug them in and press the button and nothing. One of the plugs was used on my Dishwasher and the other on my Server.

is there anything i can try or do to get these working again?

Just for my info, when you say died do you mean the entire plug has stopped responding to wifi, ping etc or have you just lost the ability operate the plug’s power switch?

BertQuodge there is no power at all passing through the plug at all.

At first I thought it was the device I had plugged into them. Then I noticed the little blue light on the power button was not on. Removed the plug and thr device works fine. No power passing through the plug and if you press the power button the plug. Nothing either.

This sounds like a faulty plug to me. Please email help@mylocalbytes.com with the batch number and your order number. 🙂

I had one fail a while ago and I got it sorted with LB but in the last 2 weeks I have had 2 others fail now.
