Power Monitoring Smart Plug showing higher voltage than other ones

Hello,

Recently added several of the Power Monitoring Smart Plugs to home assistant so have 4 in total now.

One of the plugs reports much higher voltage than the others, around 10-12 volts. I have tested to make sure it is just this one smart plug by moving it to different sockets but reported voltage is still high.

Is this something that can be fixed by resetting or reflashing the device?

So, there is a factory calibration procedure, but it seems something has gone wrong!
I’m sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We have a calculator here that will give you the necessary command to trigger calibration yourself - https://blog.mylocalbytes.com/tools/tasmota-calibration
