Tasmoto smart plug config issue

I have bought two power monitoring smart plugs and was trying to follow the youtube video on how to configure them. my issues are

when connecting the plug to power and connecting to the wifi network of the plug it is requesting the network to connect it to but the image I get is not the one in the video.
when selecting the network I want the plug to use it is supposed to connect to the network and open a browser to configure it but all I am getting is it opens the MSN browser page.
I can see the ip address assigned to the plug in my router but I get a 404 error when trying to connect to it.
How do you do a factory rest on these plugs

Could you please start by telling me if you have the Tasmota or ESPHome variant of the plug? Could you please screenshot the pages you’re getting, in particular the one you referenced in step 1?

I believe it is a tasmota version and unfortunately I am not able to screen shot the page as I do not know how to do a factory reset on the plug. If you could tell me I would do so and send you the screen shots
correction it is esp home plug

I just had a thought I was following the youtube video that gave instructions for the tasmato version do you know if there is one for the esp home version to configure the plug

Thanks for the info! In that case, a factory reset should be possible if you click the button 6 times in quick successions.
