Connect Issue (ESPHome)

Hello, I just received 4 plugs and entered the wifi to my smart home (guest) network. Only one device is appearing on my network, and it is not being detected by Home Assistant (ESPHome). I tried to reset the plugs to re-request the wifi, so that I could enter my alternative wifi details, but none of the plugs are re-requesting the wifi credentials. Thanks.

Thanks for stopping by, though sorry read about your smart plugs.

The plugs won’t broadcast their hotspot to request WIFI details if they’re able to connect to their configured network. The easiest way to get them to ask again, is probably to temporarily disable your guest network. This should cause the plugs to re-broadcast their hotspot.
