Thats it really. I can connect to the AP the plug makes when it’s turned on, however when I enter my wifi details, it never proceeds past the “im trying to connect, it might take a while” stage.
I’ve checked my network and it isn’t there, and im connecting to a single 2ghz network so no multi band shenanigans. Not using the Ubiquity AP that I’ve heard can cause issues, and other smart plugs have worked fine so I’m hoping I dont need to disable features in my network just for this 1 plug. Tried to set up on iOS, Android and macOS to no avail.
Rather frustrating. Especially as the AP itself seems to come and go, forcing a hard reset each time. I was under the impression these were super plug and play and very reliable. Any help much appreciated.
