Cant use configurator in Home Assistant

Hi, I got my local deck setup today and am able to trigger devices on and off etc by creating automations using the buttons as entities to trigger them. So I know the device is hooked up and working ok.

When trying to add and use configurator within HA I am running into issues. I tried adding the regular and dev versions of configurator from the add on section of Home Assistant and I can add them and start them up etc, but trying to open the webui results in this error

Error: [GET] “/api/hassio_ingress/biHO9R1dHDEqZeU-hzYKnSszwqjnBL1XYmb4cHsLHKY/api/index-files”: 500 Internal Server Error

I attempted to remove/re-add the add on etc and no luck, anyone have any ideas?

I got this resolved myself, I removed everything including ESPHome in HA and started over and thing seem to be working now, I must have skipped something on my initial setup.
