How to remove button battery

I’m wondering how to remove this battery without damaging it. The tabs seem to hold it tight in. I can’t see an obvious way to get them out to check their voltage.

The model is Sonoff SNZB-01

So, insert a small flat-head screwdriver between the two metal tabs. You shouldn’t need too much force to pry the battery out.

Thanks, yes, I eventually figured that it needed a very small screwdriver in the gap between the two metal tabs as you mention. I initially tried with a bigger screwdriver which didn’t work. Though even with a new battery it’s oddly struggling to connect to the Zigbee network.

Is the little SIM card holder size button on the back for resetting? Is deleting from Zigbee2MQTT in Home Assistant and then reseting likely an option? How long should I hold it for?

Pairing Instructions
Long press reset button for 5s until the LED indicator flashes three times, which means the device has entered pairing mode

That’s done the trick combined with re-adding the button in Home Assistant. Thanks.
