Help with printer template

I’m trying to print out my first set of printer labels and something doesn’t seem quite right…the printer view just opens with the header and then I assume there should be a grid of labels underneath, but there isn’t.

Any ideas?

I have exactly the same issue on my local system on HASS, it has been like this since March 2025. The hosted LocalDeck system works fine, but the HA version gives exactly the same print preview, and printer output, as you see.

Are you using our hosted LocalDeck configurator? Or, the HASS add-on?

Is there any update on this? I see 2 paths forward; I’ve already created my config locally, and I can download it; is there a way to import a config in the hosted version? I’d hate to have to re-create everything in the hosted one when it’s done locally.

The config is stored in the URL after the config key. Simply copy that into the config section on the hosted version, and you should be able to view it.
