ian But has no device / entities I have been able to connect directly on the IP address of the deck but that seems to have now fallen away and won’t reconnect. What is the best way forward for sorting this ?
RebeccaH Hi @ian We are aware of an issue relating to the firmware that was flashed in the factory which is causing issues. We have a video coming out on our YouTube channel tomorrow with instructions to flash a LocalDeck with a new firmware image in order to get it up and running properly. I hope this helps!
