Regarding your most recent order, that sounds like it could be a premature death of the relay. However, to cover all bases, can you please confirm that you’re running the latest version of ESPHome on the plug?

Regarding the other plugs, we have seen some cases where intermittent network connections cause the plugs to reboot. This behaviour is documented in the two locations below:
Without more information about your last plug, it is difficult to advise. Can you see it in your router’s settings at all, which would imply it is connecting to your network? Do you see it broadcasting a hotspot?
