Hi, I have a plug bought in October last year that’s no longer powering off when triggered. I can hear a relay click when triggering the power-off, and also hear it click when triggering a subsequent power on, but it still continues to pass through power to the plugged in devices.
I’ve tried:
- Removing it from the wall for 1 minute
- Triggering a restart command
- Switching wall sockets
I could go through the effort of a factory reset, but with it receiving the commands and performing some sort of physical action it sounds more like a defective plug, and has been working fine up until now with no configuration/firmware changes. Any suggestions?
