Unbrick bricked smart plug?

I think I know the answer, but thought I’d ask the question…
Stupidly, I uploaded the Tasmota minimal firmware to a smart plug and now it seems it has bricked it. The LED is just blinking very slowly - there’s no AP to connect to, and the plug isn’t connecting to the previously set SSID for my wifi, so I’m assuming it’s bricked.
Is there any way to “unbrick” it? Crack it open and plug some cables in for example?

As @MichaelMKKelly has correctly pointed out, we DO NOT recommend opening up the plug. Mains voltage is scary!

However, could you confirm what firmware was on the device before you flashed Tasmota Minimal? If it was ESPHome, the device is probably unrecoverable. If it was Tasmota, it should have retained your WIFI credentials and connected to it.

unless you know exactly what you are doing then DO NOT OPEN IT. inside there is extremely dangerous. even the GPIO pins are probably referenced to mains voltage. The Risk/Reward Trade off is not good.
