LB Bulb and Aqara light switch (no neutral)

I’ve been having an issue with LB Bulbs and Aqara no neutral light switches (no capacitor was supplied with the switch) .
Shortly after installing the bulb the switch becomes non-responsiveness (both when the relay is open and when closed).
Is this a known issue and are there any work arounds?

Hi @vrykolas ,

I am not aware of any known issues with our bulbs and those Aquara switches. Could you please try the bulb with a dumb switch and see if you can control the bulb in that situation?

Could you also clarify if you mean the (physical) Aqara light switch becomes unresponsive or if you mean the software switch for the bulb in HA?

The bulbs work fine with a normal switch and it’s the physical Aqara light switch that becomes unresponsive.
After some googling around, I’ve come to the conclusion that the switch is failing over into safe mode.

(informational for any who stumble on this later) I’ve swapped the No-Neutral Aqara switch with a With-Neutral Aqara switch (wiring changes finally happened) and the bulb works fine.

It looks like it was the combination of the no-neutral switch and bulb that caused the issue
